WHAT ARE THE AGE DIVISIONS FOR WINTER 2025 / SUMMER 2026?
Age, as of April 30, 2026, is the determining factor for your player’s age division for the Winter 2025 / Summer 2026 AAGs.
Divisions offered: 9U, 10U, 11U, 12U, 13U, and 14U (Age as of April 30, 2026).
Player rankings and skills assessments are categorized by current age division. For game play, players are placed on teams by age.
What do I wear to Opening Ceremonies?
- Baseball pants or shorts
- Athletic shoes
- Jersey provided upon check-in

- Socks: Navy

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
Once your registration fee is paid, please note the following:
- No cash, check, or credit card refunds will be issued for any reason, unless the event is canceled by the host due to low attendance or canceled due to inclement weather.Â
- This policy applies to all registrations, regardless of the reason for withdrawal.
If the weather doesn’t cooperate, here’s what you need to know:
- We will do everything reasonably possible to complete the event.
- If an event is completely canceled due to weather or field conditions:
- You will be given the option to transfer your registration to another Athletx Sports Group event in the upcoming season or the next season. Transfers are subject to event availability and registration deadlines.
- OR if we cannot find an alternate event then we will issue a refund.
- We are not responsible for travel, lodging, or any other expenses related to a canceled or relocated event.
Last-Minute Drops:
If you cancel or drop out within 2 weeks of your scheduled event, you will not receive a credit for a future event.
Can I transfer my registration to another event or brand?
Yes! If you’re unable to attend your originally scheduled event, you can transfer your registration to another Athletx Sports Group tournament — even if it’s under a different brand like Baseball Youth or Softball Youth.
We’re happy to help you make the switch. Just reach out to us, and we’ll assist you in finding a suitable event. Our brands work closely together, and we’re flexible when it comes to helping families make the most of their registration.

WHAT COLOR BELT, SOCKS, AND PANTS DO I WEAR FOR GAMES?
Baseball Youth will provide uniform color details before each event, as colors may vary by location.
Pants: Players are required to wear white pants for all games.
Always refer to your event’s official uniform update for final color assignments.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ROSTER AND GAME SCHEDULE?
Players will receive their roster assignment via text and email 5-7 days before the event.
Game schedules are created and released by the tournament provider. These are typically finalized and distributed the week of the event, and will also be sent via text and email to all registrants once available.
HOW MANY GAMES ARE GUARANTEED?
This is dependent upon the tournament BY Elite is entering! Visit the specific event pages for that information.
How do we get invited to be a part of BY Elite?
The vast majority of our Elite athletes are recruited from our All-American Games! However, if you’d like your athlete to be considered, please fill out a nomination form.
