Just a couple months ago the Columbus Northern Little League players became not only World Series champs but also big shots. However, their limos are mom and dads’ cars, and their groupies are friends and classmates.

Since winning the Little League World Series in August, the players from Columbus, Ga., have basically become celebrities, and the requests for them to appear around Georgia and other places have been overwhelming. The team even had to hire a marketing firm to handle their schedules and the media. (click here to read more of the story)
