The Baseball Youth Road Trip West tour made their first stop in Broken Arrow at the Super Series Eastern Oklahoma State Championship. Even with the temperature at 103 degrees, kids still rushed to the FanFest to enjoy the interactive games. The Disney XD throwing game was a huge hit. Tyler, age 9, was the most impressive as he threw the ball through the hole nine times in a row!

The Louisville Slugger tents provided shade as well as kids were in disbelief that we were renting the bats out for free. Over at the Backyard Baseball station Jeremy, age 10, beat Brian, one of the west tour members, with a walk off home run. He was so excited that he even said, “This is the best video game ever created!”

All in all the day was very fun despite the scorching heat. Don’t miss your chance to experience the Baseball Youth FanFest as we make our way to Owasso, Okla., for the USSSA Oklahoma State Tournament! Be sure to check BaseballYouth.com for further updates and pictures.
